Since the beginning of the COVID-19 Pandemic, safety has been our top priority. Rest assured, safety continues to be our guide as we diligently work to expand our services and the number of appointments available to meet the needs of our pilots.
Dr. Schacher has closely monitored the COVID-19 situation and we have adopted safety procedures recommended by the CDC.
These procedures include:
- Performing daily temperature checks on staff and pilots.
- Requiring staff to wear face masks and practice six-foot distancing whenever an exam allows.
- Asking pilots to wear a mask over their nose and mouth; and gloves on their hands for the duration of their appointment.
- Asking screening questions of pilots when booking and upon arrival.
- Rescheduling pilots who exhibit symptoms or have been exposed to COVID-19.
- Practicing social distancing protocols by asking pilots to wait in their vehicles until we are ready to see them. Call 706-248-0245 when you arrive and we will text you back when you can come in.
- Thoroughly sanitizing all central-height surfaces prior to and in-between all appointments.
